A post prohibition style, single barrel bourbon made with 100% locally sourced grains, then double oaked since the time of barreling by adding 20lbs of charred oak cubes, doubling the oak surface area and wood sugars. Bottled at 107 proof, Doc Scofflaw has a very complex flavor and aromatic profile, with a 4 grain, heavily wheated mashbill.
